Working Principles
ROP-220HA Weiyang Oil Pump: The eccentric block is connected to the main shaft via a key, and the eccentric block is inserted into the rotor bearing hole. When the main shaft rotates, the eccentric block and the guide core force the rotor to swing along the inner wall of the cylinder. At the same time, the micro-gap sealing line formed by the rotor and the cylinder wall, together with the sealing guide core, divides the annular chamber enclosed by the cylinder wall and the rotor outer diameter into two cavities. During eccentric rotation, liquid continuously enters the "suction cavity" and is discharged from the "discharge cavity" to complete the pumping work.
Swing-type manual pump: Pushing the handle drives the rotor to swing, which in turn makes the piston perform a curved reciprocating motion in the arc-shaped liquid cylinder. The piston's motion creates a vacuum in the liquid cylinder behind the piston, drawing liquid into the cylinder, and simultaneously pressurizes the liquid in the cylinder in front of the piston, causing the liquid to converge into the collection cavity and be discharged from the pump body. This reciprocating swing enables liquid transport.
Cycloid pump: It belongs to an internal gear pump. There is a certain centrifugal distance between the center of the inner rotor and the center of the outer rotor. When the inner rotor rotates, it drives the outer rotor to rotate in the same direction. The teeth of the inner rotor mesh with the tooth grooves of the outer rotor. Since the inner rotor has one fewer gear, gaps of varying sizes are formed between them, enabling the suction and discharge of liquid.

Extremely wide applicable viscosity range
This type of oil pump can handle various fluids from low viscosity to high viscosity, with an applicable medium viscosity range of 0–1520cst.
Low-viscosity media: Liquids with good fluidity such as water, methanol, gasoline, and kerosene.
High-viscosity media: High-viscosity oils such as crude oil, residual oil, and lubricating oil, which can be stably transported without additional heating or dilution.
Compatible with multiple medium types
It can transport not only ordinary clean fluids but also some media containing a small amount of impurities. Common applicable media include:
Petroleum products: Gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, crude oil, residual oil, and other refined oil products and crude oil.
Chemical products: Non-strongly corrosive chemical liquids such as methanol.
Other types: Water-based liquids, various lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and other industrial oils.
Adapted to medium transport needs for special working conditions
Combined with its strong self-priming capability, when transporting volatile media or media prone to vapor lock (such as gasoline), it is less likely to experience idling or cavitation issues. Meanwhile, in scenarios such as tank bottom cleaning and ship tank stripping, it can efficiently transport residual mixed media at the bottom of the tank, reducing media waste.
It should be noted that swing-type pump housings are not suitable for transporting strongly corrosive media (such as strong acids and strong bases). Such working conditions require pump structures made of special materials.
